Symptoms of Benign Essential Tremor

Benign Essential Tumor can be identified by the following symptoms:

·         Slow incidence

·         Movement makes the tremor worse

·         Mostly starts with the hands, affecting  either one or both hands

·         Motion of the head takes on a "yes-yes" or "no-no" pattern 

·         Hands shake in a rhythmic fashion

·         Simple tasks like eating, drinking, writing or driving  become difficult to perform

·         Disturbances  in voice

·         The gait becomes unsteady 

·         The posture  becomes stooped

·         Muscle movement gets slow
