What is Benign Essential Tremor?

Benign Essential Tremor is essentially a disease of the nervous system which causes rhythmic shaking and it can attack any part of human body. Usually hands are the most affected that the reason why it is sometimes known as the tremor of hands. When a person is affected by Benign Essential Tremor it becomes really difficult for the patient to perform even the basic routine activities due to excessive shaking.  Drinking water, eating, writing, driving, shaving and any other activities that involve major participation of your hands become so difficult and a person becomes totally dependent on someone for their routine tasks which further causes many psychological problems. It is not a very perilous disease but it does get shoddier with time if not treated on time and as a result needs urgent medical management so that any catastrophe can be avoided beforehand.
