What is Seborrheic Keratosis?
Seborrheic Keratosis is a medical condition of skin which appears as wart-like bumps all over the skin. Apparently it is noncancerous but still it is commonly known to be causing cancerous growths in adults. The warts that appear on the skin are brownish and somewhat blackish in color. Sometimes they also appear as pale growth on the top layer of of the skin. Seborrheic Keratosis is usually more rigorous on face, chest, neck and shoulders. The growths that appear due to this disorder are kind of scaly and somewhat raised in appearance. These warts like appearances can often times cause major distress for the victim. On the surface of the skin when they appear can come across as symptoms of skin cancer but in reality they are not that fatal. Seborrheic Keratosis doesn’t usually cause any pain or discomfort and does not even call for a targeted treatment. This sort of skin ailment is a very communal type that usually attacks the adults in their late 40s.
